How will I receive my lab requisition?
After your order is submitted, our fulfillment team prepares your lab order and instructions.
Most requisitions are emailed within 1–2 business hours
During normal processing hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm EST.
Your email will include:
- Lab paperwork or requisition (if applicable)
- Labcorp instructions
- Next-step guidance
- Information about completing your collection
Important
Do not visit Labcorp until you have received and reviewed your emailed instructions and paperwork.
For certain events, group testing programs, or scheduled testing arrangements, requisitions may be handled differently and may not be delivered individually by email.
