LabTestsOnDemand wants you to feel confident before you order. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.
All sales are generally final
Due to the nature of laboratory testing services, all sales are generally final once a lab order has been prepared or submitted.
When a refund may be reviewed
- The request is submitted before the laboratory order or requisition has been prepared
- No laboratory services have been used or scheduled
If a refund is approved, a processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative and laboratory preparation costs.
After paperwork has been prepared
Once a laboratory order, requisition, or paperwork has been prepared or issued, no cancellations, changes, returns, or refunds are permitted.
Lab orders may expire after a certain period depending on the laboratory requirements. If an order must be reissued after expiration, additional processing or price differences may apply.
