Last updated: November 2026

Our commitment

LabTestsOnDemand, operated by Imperial Health LLC, is committed to making our website accessible to people of all abilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, an internationally recognized standard for web accessibility.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with clear landmarks, headings, and labels
  • Keyboard navigation supported throughout the public site
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields
  • Sufficient color contrast for text and interactive elements
  • Alternative text on meaningful images
  • Form fields with associated labels and accessible error messages
  • A skip-to-main-content link as the first focusable element on each page
  • Support for the operating system's reduced-motion preference

Known limitations

We are working continually to improve accessibility. Some third-party embeds, payment widgets, or documents (such as lab requisition PDFs) may not yet fully conform. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us and we will work to provide the information you need in an accessible alternative format.

Assistive technologies supported

Our site is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and common assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
